About Me: I grew up in Athens, Greece and moved to Canada (Vancouver) to do my BA in Political Science. I ended up staying fifteen years in Vancouver, getting a teaching certificate and teaching ESL in a variety of settings. On a trip to Cuba, I met my wife to be at Havana's airport and a short while later I found myself in New York. I've been working at Columbia University since 2000. The last two years I've been working as an educational technologist helping language faculty integrate technology into their curriculum.
