Two suggestions related to Tacit Knowledge:
1. Polanyi, Michael (1967). The tacit dimension. New York: Doubleday - section 1: tacit knowing, p 3 - 25 would be most relevant; book is 90 pages.
2.Nonaka, I and Takeuchi, H. (1995) The Knowledge Creating Company. Oxford University Press - p 20 - 94 "Knowledge and Management" and "Theory of Organizational Knowledge Creation" sections. Business-centric, but good overview of how Polanyi's concept fits in with historical conceptions of knowledge, and how it can be leveraged in groups, often by extra-work business meetings involving hot springs and/or sake.
